Description
Firs Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1700, with 19th century additions. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof, two brick bands, dentillated eaves, coped gables, and both a single ridge and a single gable stack. The building has two storeys plus garrets and is three bays wide. The central entrance has a flat-roofed 19th century brick porch with a part-glazed door. On either side of the porch are single three-light Yorkshire sash windows with segmental heads, and to the south, there is a 20th century two-light casement window. Above the porch, there are two 19th century two-light Yorkshire sash windows.
