Description
The wall, railings, gate piers, and gates in front of The Old Vicarage date from the early 19th century and are made of red brick, ashlar, and iron. The central feature consists of double iron gates, which are flanked by single red brick piers that have moulded and painted coping topped with single ashlar orb finials. On either side of the gates, there are low red brick walls with moulded and painted coping, which are surmounted by iron railings. These walls end with single red brick piers that also have moulded and painted coping. The entire structure extends for 32 metres.
