Description
The boundary stone, located 30 metres north of the Howe Plantation Obelisk, dates back to 1757. It is a square sandstone block topped with a pyramidal shape. The south face is inscribed with "P January 11th 1757," while the north face bears the letter "N." This stone is part of a series that marks the northern limit of the parish of Papplewick.
