Description
The Ulvers is a house dating from the late 18th century, rendered and set on an ashlar plinth, with a slate roof. It features two gable and one ridge rendered stacks and has two storeys plus a garret, comprising three bays. The central doorway has a panelled door with a glazing bar overlight and a traceried fanlight, all within an ashlar surround topped with an open pediment. To either side of the doorway are single narrow glazing bar sashes, also in ashlar surrounds. Flanking these are single tripartite glazing bar sashes, each with two ashlar mullions. Above the doorway, there is a central similar tripartite sash flanked by single glazing bar sashes, all with ashlar surrounds. To the right, there is a lower two-storey wing, rendered and covered with pantiles, which has a single rendered ridge stack and a small tripartite glazing bar casement with a projecting lean-to.
