Description

This is a row of four cottages, built around 1830. They are constructed from coursed ironstone rubble, with some areas rendered. The roofs are hipped and covered in pantiles, with two brick ridge stacks. Each cottage is two storeys high and has two bays. The front features a plank door with a 20th-century wood porch on the right side, and two sliding sash windows with wooden lintels on the left. Above, there are three sliding sash windows, the central one being narrower. Further along, there are two doorways: one to the right with a 20th-century glazed door and fanlight, and one to the left with a plank door, both with wooden lintels. To the left of that are two sliding sash windows and a doorway at the far end with a plank door, all featuring wooden lintels. Above these, there are five sliding sash windows.
