Farmhouse; circa 1835, yellow brick with plain concrete tiled hipped roof with 3 ridge brick stacks. 2 storey with slight Overhanging eaves, 5 bay side front with off centre door with bordered overlight with to right 2 light 8 pane deep casement and to left 2 similar windows with beyond a glazing bar sash. First floor has 5 glazing bar sashes. Garden front is of 3 bays with a central blank opening flanked by glazing bar sashes with 3 similar windows above. All openings have splayed flat brick arches.
