Description

Nos 40 and 42 on Queen Street are early 19th-century brick buildings. Number 40 features a pantiled roof and has three bays across three storeys. There are two damaged shopfronts on either side of an arched opening that leads to an alley. Above, there are three sash windows, each with 12 lights, adorned with stuccoed voussoirs and a keystone. Additionally, there are three windows with nine lights above, also featuring stuccoed voussoirs.
