Description

The barn at Beck House is an early 18th-century structure that has been converted into a garage and store, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It is built from squared limestone rubble, featuring brick dressings, and has a pantile roof. The front of the barn is two stories high and includes off-centre planked doors along with a small fixed light window with glazing bars located at the eaves. The roof is constructed using clasped purlin and tie beam methods. This building is listed primarily for its group value within the surrounding context.
