Description
Cabourne Parva Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, around 1825, with 20th-century alterations. It features cream brick construction and hipped slate roofs with overhanging wooden eaves and five chimneys. The building has a T-shaped plan and is two stories high with a three-bay front. The central doorway, accessed by two steps, has a moulded doorcase with a cornice and 20th-century glazed doors with a rectangular overlight. On either side of the doorway, there are slightly projecting vertical brick sections that contain single glazing bar sashes with moulded bracketed cornices. Above these are similar, slightly smaller windows, along with another window over the door. At the rear, there is a late 18th-century block with two bays and an early 20th-century third bay added. The west end has a doorway with a segmental head and a partially glazed door, with a single glazing bar sash to the right and a 20th-century casement beyond, both featuring segmental heads, and three glazing bar sashes above.
