Description

The cross shaft and base, possibly from the 14th century, are made of limestone ashlar. The structure features a square base block with the lower part of the octagonal shaft having stop chamfers at the square base. This cross now stands in the garden of Fairlea Cottage, a 19th-century cottage that has encroached on the original village green.
