Description

The bridge over the West Glen River, located in Greatford, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. The bridge features two segmental ashlar arches, each supported by a triangular cutwater, and has a plain band above them. The curving parapet is topped with shaped coping.
