Description
Gees Farmhouse is a former farmhouse, now a house, dating from the mid-18th century with 19th and 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of coursed and banded limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of Collyweston slate, with a raised stone coped gable and a single gable stack. The building is two storeys high with a two-bay front. On the ground floor, there are two three-light plain casements, and on the first floor, there are two two-light similar windows, all with plain ashlar architraves. To the left, there is a later single-storey and attic two-bay service block, which includes a 20th-century door and window, along with two hipped dormers in the roof.
