Description
The Old Vicarage, now a house, was built in the late 18th century and has undergone some changes in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with two lateral stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a four-bay front.
The façade includes four long glazing bar doorways that have flush wedge lintels. Above these doorways is a central Venetian window, which has tripartite glazing bar sashes and is flanked by single glazing bar sashes, also with flush wedge lintels. There are two segmental-headed dormers that contain glazing bar sashes.
On the east side, there is a doorway that features a semi-circular projecting hood supported by slender columns. This doorway is semi-circular headed and pilastered, with a fanlight that has radiating spokes and a panelled, partially glazed door. To the right of this doorway is a single glazing bar sash, and above it is another semi-circular headed glazing bar sash. There is also a single glazing bar sash to the right and two segmental dormers with glazing bar sashes.
