Description

Nos 8 and 9 on Bridge Street is a building from the early 18th century, constructed of red brick and topped with a new slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features four windows with hung sashes that include glazing bars. The building has a stone-capped brick parapet and a brick cornice. There are also two modern shop fronts that project forward from the main structure. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2, 3, the Lincoln Arms Public House, and Nos 5 to 10 (consecutive) along with 7A.
