Description
The Lincoln Arms Public House is a mid-18th century building located on Bridge Street. It stands two storeys high with attics, constructed of painted brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof featuring two gabled dormers. The façade has three windows with segmental arches, hung sashes, and glazing bars. The ground floor windows consist of three lights, adorned with a cornice and frieze that includes triglyphs, as well as pilaster mullions and glazing bars. The entrance features a doorway with plain pilasters and a cornice, leading to a panelled door. The building also has a plinth and a moulded wood eaves cornice. The Lincoln Arms Public House, along with Nos 2, 3, 5 to 10 (consecutive), and 7A, forms a group of notable structures.
