Description
17 Broad Street is an early 19th-century building that stands four storeys tall and is constructed of brick, resembling a former warehouse. The facade features three windows separated by brick pilasters. The top floor has round arches, one of which is repaired, and all arches include keystones. The windows on the other floors are segmental and also have keystones. There is a later bay window on the first floor and a late 19th-century shop front at ground level. The building is topped with a wide eaves cornice and has a slate roof.
