Description
Strawberry Hall is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with two lateral stacks. The building has a paired bracketed wooden eaves cornice and single giant order corner pilaster strips, along with a deep plinth. There is a painted sill band on the first floor.
The central open porch is supported by a single pair of fluted Doric columns, with Doric pilasters behind, and is topped with an entablature and cornice. The entrance door is panelled and partially glazed, accompanied by a decorative fanlight, a panelled reveal, and a moulded surround with a key block. On either side of the entrance are single glazing bar sashes with margin lights, and above are three smaller sashes of a similar style.
The south front features a doorway with a panelled door, fanlight, panelled reveal, pilastered doorcase, and an open pediment. Flanking this doorway are two glazing bar sashes, with two similar sashes located above.
