Description

The Old House is a mid-18th century brick house that has been colour-washed and features a pantile roof. It has brick coped gables with kneelers and two gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a slightly projecting central bay that is topped with a pediment. The central doorway is semi-circular headed and has a wooden moulded frame with a keystone. It features a six-panel fielded door with a fanlight above, flanked by tripartite glazing bar sash windows. On the upper floor, there are three more glazing bar sash windows. All windows have flat brick painted lintels with keystones. The pediment includes a semi-circular blind panel, also topped with a keystone.
