Description

The village cross, located on Church Street in Digby, is a Grade II listed structure that dates back to the medieval period, with some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and ashlar. The cross features a square, 20th-century, five-stepped rubble vase with ashlar coping, which supports a square base. The base has chamfered corners and an octagonal roll-moulded top, topped by a tall octagonal shaft with a moulded capital.
