Description
Westbrook House is a house built around 1840. It is constructed of red brick with painted stucco dressings and features a low hipped slate roof with ridge stacks that have moulded cornices. The house has an L-shaped plan and is two stories tall with a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with a plain overlight, which is sheltered by a tall open porch supported by square Doric pillars and a plain entablature. On either side of the entrance are single glazing bar sash windows set in slightly advanced stuccoed bays that have plain cornices. The first floor has two glazing bar sash windows with splayed lintels. To the right, there is a lower two-story block with a hipped roof, and beyond that, a two-bay single-story service range.
