Description
The stable block at Tetney House, now used as a shed, dates from the late 18th century and was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with raised brick coped tumbled gables. The building is two storeys high and has a dentillated eaves course. It consists of three bays, originally designed with four. There are two planked doors, with a sliding ventilator to the left. Above the left door is a single fixed three-light window, and to the right is a second fixed light. On the right-hand gable, there is a doorway leading to a granary at first floor level, and at the left-hand end, there is a pigeoncote in the gable.
