Description

No. 21 Queen Street is a house dating from around 1830. It is constructed of chequered red and brown brick with painted stucco dressings. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring overhanging eaves and a single hip stack on the north side. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central doorway is framed by a triple roll moulded doorcase, which includes a traceried overlight, an entablature, a moulded cornice, and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes, with three additional glazing bar sashes located above. All the windows feature voussoired wedge lintels and raised keystones.
