Description
The farm buildings at Terry Booth Farm date from the late 18th century and were altered in the late 19th century. They are constructed of red brick with pantile roofs and include stables, a tack room, waggon hovels, a barn, and a granary with a dovecote above, arranged around a central yard. The barn and granary are located at opposite ends and are connected by waggon hovels and a wall, creating a rectangular layout. The granary is two storeys high with five bays, featuring a central bay that is raised to three storeys and topped with a hipped roof to accommodate the dovecote. The granary has dogtooth eaves and a central basket-arched doorway that is now blocked, along with two additional blocked openings on either side. The first floor has five semi-circular headed openings, and the third floor includes a semi-circular headed planked opening with six flight holes. The barn features a hipped roof and a softwood clasped purlin roof. These buildings are included for their group value.
