Description

No. 52 Market Street is a building dating from the 18th century to early 19th century. It features a roughcast facade with wide eaves soffit and a slate roof, rising to three storeys. The top floor has three inserted windows with small panes, while the first floor has two barred sash windows with incised stuccoed lintels that include keystones. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and there is an eastern round arched door. Timber framing is visible in the side passage.
