The Lamb Inn is a 16th-century timber-framed building located on Market Street. The lower two storeys of the facade are plastered, while the top storey juts out, with part of the framing exposed and some painted. The gable end also shows exposed framing with brick infill. The building has a slate roof and stands three storeys tall. It features two windows on the second floor with large 19th-century casements, and the first floor has sash windows with late 19th-century glazing. The ground floor includes 20th-century inn windows with leaded glazing, a central door, all beneath a cornice, and there is a plinth at the base.
