Description
Ingarsby House and Warneford House are a pair of mid-19th century houses located on Main Street in Ravenstone. They are constructed of stucco and feature a moulded eaves cornice. Warneford House, which is the larger of the two, has a well-proportioned facade that spans two storeys and three bays. Its central doorway is framed by a projecting stuccoed doorcase, which includes a round arched head with a keystone, a pediment, and pilasters. The entrance has a six-panel door topped by a traceried fanlight. The house also features four-light sash windows with stone heads that have rusticated keystones. Ingarsby House is a two-bay extension to the left, characterized by flat window heads and a plain eaves cornice.
