Description
The Chaplains House and Chapel at Ravenstone Hospital, built in 1784, consists of two detached wings located to the west of the hospital. The chapel is situated to the south, while the Chaplains House is to the north. Both buildings are constructed of red brick with stone dressings, featuring an eaves cornice and corner pilasters. The main facades have three bays, with a central doorway that includes a tracered fanlight beneath an open pediment. The ground floor has twelve light sash windows, while the upper floor features six light sash windows, all with stone architraves. Many of the chapel's windows are blind, and the western end of each block is bowed, continuing with three sash windows on each floor.
