Description
The Three Horseshoes Public House is an early 19th-century establishment located in Breedon-on-the-Hill. It is constructed of red brick with a rendered plinth, featuring moulded wooden eaves and a plain tile roof. The building has brick gable copings and brick chimneys. The main block is three stories high and consists of four bays, with a lower two-story bay to the right that is of the same construction. The windows are three-pane sashes, square on the second floor, all equipped with stone sills and painted shaped stone wedge lintels that include keyblocks. The central entrance features a 20th-century board and stud door set within an opening that has a blocked semicircular arch made of header brick. The left bay contains a carriage entry with a depressed arch made of gauged brick, stone imposts, and a stone keyblock. The building is included for its group value.
