Description
The Dairy is a former dairy building, now used as offices, dating from the mid-1790s and refurbished and converted in 1981-1982. It features colourwashed roughcast walls and a hipped slate roof with flat eaves. The building is single-storey and consists of three bays, with the center bay projecting and canted. It has three-light windows with ovolo wooden mullions, and the outer windows include horizontal glazing bars. There are 20th-century doors on either side of the projection. The front and sides are adorned with a continuous verandah, which was rebuilt in the 20th century and has a pent slate roof supported by wooden posts. The interior has been stripped of its original fittings. This building is included for its group value.
