Description

Number 6 South Parade is a building dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features an eaves cornice. The roof is covered with modern pantiles. The building stands three storeys tall and has two windows. The top floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has modern glazing in the sash spaces, all topped with gauged red brick arches. The ground floor features a modern shop front. There is a round arched entrance at the rear on the southeast side. This building is included for its group value with Nos 1 to 6, which form a group with The Bell Hotel and No 4 Nottingham Street.
