Description

The outbuilding at Coton Priory Farm is a range of structures that are believed to have originally been cottages, dating back to the early 17th century. It is timber framed with brick panel infill, set on a limestone plinth, and features a plain tiled roof. The framing consists of tall narrow panels, measuring 20 inches by 2 inches, with long raking braces positioned at angles. The timber used is of thin scantling. The building includes four ground floor windows and doorways, as well as three gabled dormers in the roof.
