Description

The Cherry Tree Inn is a mid-18th century or earlier building featuring a painted brick facade and a thatched roof, with end and off-centre chimneys. It has a gable end facing the street and stands at 1 ½ storeys tall, complete with a dormer. The building has three windows, two of which are 19th century style reproduction casements. On the south side, there is an earlier 19th century painted brick two-storey extension with a slate roof. The interior includes some exposed ceiling beams, contributing to its picturesque character.
