Description

A coach house dating from the late 18th century, located on the west side of Main Street in Bruntingthorpe. The building is constructed of brick with a hipped roof covered in Swithland slate. It is two stories high, with the gable facing the street, featuring a wide, cambered-headed doorway. A small door is positioned to the left of the side elevation, flanked by small two-light windows. A loading door provides access to the hay loft above. All openings are framed by cambered brick heads. The building has a dentilled eaves cornice and a tiny central cupola topped with a weathervane.
