Description

Ivy House Farmhouse is a late 18th and early 19th century house located in King Street, Seagrave. It is constructed of red brick with brick dentilled eaves, and has a Swithland slate roof with a brick central ridge and end stacks. The house is composed of two sections under a single roof. The section to the left has a horizontal band. The left section has two storeys with three 3-light centre-opening casement windows. The ground floor windows have cambered lintels. A central door is located to the left. To the right is a projecting outshut with a catslide roof, and this section features a 3-light casement window to the front and a partially glazed entrance door on its left end.
