Description
The entrance archway to Garendon Hall, which was demolished in 1964, dates from the mid-18th century and is finished in stucco. It features a segmental carriage archway flanked by plain pilasters, topped with an entablature and a pediment. The tympanum of the pediment includes a clock face, and above it is a domed cupola. On the north face of the archway, there is a wrought iron lamp bracket.
