Description

No. 45 Wash Green is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands two storeys high and features two small-paned windows both above and below, which are adorned with "Gothic" glazing bars. The lower windows have stone cornice hoods supported by small consoles. The entrance is framed by a stone pilaster doorcase, topped with a cornice that has false castellation, and there is a plain window above with single glazing bars. The building has plain eaves slates. To the left side, there is a small recessed wing with one window.
