Description

The property at 12 and 14 Coldwell Street dates to the late 18th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of red brick, with a stone plinth and quoins visible on the left-hand side. The building has a stone coped end gable and moulded brick eaves, topped with old tiles. The front features four sash windows, each with a flat brick arch above, and no glazing bars. Two moulded wooden doorcases are present, each topped with a dentilled cornice hood supported on consoles. The building is currently unoccupied and in need of repair.
