Description

30 St John Street is a 17th century timber-framed house featuring plain eaves and machine tiles. The building has two storeys, with one blocked window in the overhanging upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a small 19th century shop window with pilasters. The timber framing is visible on the side wall of the adjacent properties at No 32-34, where it is now incorporated into the shop. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 and 6 to 44 (even).
