Description
This is a terrace of eight cottages, numbered 8 to 14, on Church Street North in Whittington. The buildings date to the late 18th or early 19th century and form an L-shape with the properties at numbers 16 and 18. They are constructed from coursed stone with a stone slate roof. The terrace has two storeys and contains eight windows. Most of the windows are sash windows with glazing bars, except for number 10, which has modern glazing within sash window frames. The doors are generally replacements, with a modern glazed porch at number 12. All the doors and windows are topped with plain stone lintels.
