Description
Nos 54 and 56 Church Street North are late 18th-century cottages built of coursed stone with a stone slate roof and end chimneys. The buildings are two storeys high and feature two windows with sliding casements that include glazing bars. The doors are centrally located, and all doors and windows are topped with stone lintels. At the rear, No 56 is slightly advanced, with a chimney located in the centre that breaks through the eaves. The windows of No 56 still retain their glazing bars.
