Description
This pair of late 18th or early 19th century buildings, numbered 16 and 18 Church Street North, stands at a right angle to the street, forming an L-shape with numbers 8 to 14. They are constructed of coursed stone with a stone slate roof and end chimneys. The buildings are three storeys high, featuring three windows per property, each with sash windows containing glazing bars and plain stone architraves. Round arched doorways are topped with stone archivolts, keystones, and impost bands, along with fanlights. Number 16 has a small projecting window integrated into the door frame. Number 18 features a single-storey outshut with one window.
