Description
48 and 50 Church Street North are an 18th-century building constructed of ashlar. The roof is slate, with stone coping and kneelers on the south side and rear pitches. Brick chimneys are located at the ends of the building. The two-storey facade has two windows, each with sash windows featuring boxed frames and vertical glazing bars. These windows are topped with stone lintels. A later wooden canopy shelters a pair of doors located in the centre of the building.
