Description

Wyver Farm features a range of farm buildings dating from the early 19th century, including connecting walls and gate piers that form a courtyard to the south-west of the foldyard. The south-east range is two storeys high, constructed of red brick, stone, and white brick, topped with a slate roof. It has linking bands at the door and window arches, stable doors, and windows with pitching eyes above. The rear elevation is made of coursed stone and includes a double row of horizontal vents. There is a small yard at the back with ramp access from the attached farmyard buildings. The south-west range is a single storey building made of red brick with a slate roof, featuring three windows and doors. The north-west and north-east sides of the yard are bordered by a coursed stone boundary wall with stone gate piers. Additionally, the north-west side includes a single storey coursed stone building with a slate roof and a large roof vent.
