Description

WYVER LANE 1. 5167 (North Side) Western range of farm buildings at Wyver Farm SK 34 NW 7/245 II GV 2. Early C19. A range of buildings forming an obtuse angle and taking advantage of the sloping site. Front or east elevation, 2 storeys facing yard. West or rear elevation one storey facing higher rear driveway. Coursed stone with slate roof and rear brick chimney. Eastern elevation; two storey range has single storey small centre part. Seven windows in all. South end adjoining foldyard range (qv) has corner of 1st floor supported on pillar and ground floor recessed to give additional access between yards. Range of pigsties in front of north side of this elevation and stone dog kennel incorporated in ground floor near corner of building. North end and western rear elevation have doors.
