Description
Nos 98 to 104 on Bridge Street are a row of terraced houses built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed of red brick and topped with slate roofs. Each house has two storeys and features one window on the front. The ground floor has three-light casements with cambered head linings, while the upper floor has two-light sliding casements, all of which include glazing bars. The doors are plain planks with cambered head linings. Notably, No 98 was the residence of one of Strutt's firemen and still displays a metal plaque that reads 'Fireman No 3'.
