The former Baptist Sunday School, located at the rear of number 60 on Bridge Street, dates back to 1818 and was formerly known as Belper Baptist Church. It is set back from the street behind the buildings that line the frontage. The structure is built of ashlar and features moulded eaves along with a hipped slate roof.
