Description

The Devonshire is a building dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a stone band below the eaves, with quoins at the corners. The building has a slate roof with an off-centre chimney and an end chimney. It stands two storeys high and has four stone mullioned windows along with one late 18th century to early 19th century casement window on the first floor. The ground floor has a bow window that has been inserted into a former doorway. A sign is displayed on a wrought iron bracket.
