Description

Holme Farm House is a 17th-century farmhouse that was altered and extended in the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with a Collyweston stone slate roof and end stacks. A 19th-century L-shaped extension to the south now surrounds the original house. The south front has two storeys and a three-window range, with deep eaves and a roof that is hipped to the west. It features twelve-pane sash windows. A central distyle porch is supported by slender Doric columns and pilasters, including an entablature. The front door is of six panels, with a rectangular fanlight above.
