Description

Ketton Grange is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of squared Ketton stone with a roof of Collyweston stone slate, and has stone rear stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a six-window front. The first-floor windows are all two-light windows with Gothic tracery, set beneath lintels with flush keystones. The ground-floor windows are similar in design but less regular. An arched doorway is located one bay from the left, and is sheltered by a quarter-round Doric porch, which contains a door beneath a lintel with a flush keystone. There is also an arched doorway in the wall of a cross wing, which is now part of Gable House (listed separately).
