Description

Lilac Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Mill Lane in Cottesmore. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. It has one and a half storeys, with two casement windows: a three-light window on the ground floor and two-light dormers above. To the left, there is a porch with a part-glazed door. The left end of the house has a two-storey extension with a pantile roof and a three-light casement window on both floors. The structure includes wooden lintels and beams within.
